The mass update feature enables you to quickly and efficiently add, remove, and change data in multiple contact records.
Warning: The Mass Update feature can perform sweeping changes on your contact database with very little effort; make sure you have thought your changes through - including how you would un-do them - before actually performing the change.
Using mass update, you can modify contact types, urgency settings and contact status. You can also modify address information and telephone numbers, assign an action plan, or add a note to the selected records.
