There are three types of emails sent to customers/subscribers relating to the Newsletter. They are:
Initial invitation: Unless you have specified differently in your Newsletter preferences, this is automatically sent to the customers you invite to subscribe.
Follow-up invitation: You send this to any customers who have not responded to the initial email invitation.
Newsletter: Automatically sent to your active subscribers, this notification email contains a link to the latest Newsletter. If you have specified that you want to approve the Newsletter, this is sent after your approval.
You can use the default messages or customize the content of these emails to reflect your own style and include your business information.
Warning: Do not use the Microsoft Windows copy-and-paste method to add images to your custom email messages. While the image appears to be in place in the message body when you click the Preview Email button, it will appear as a "broken" image on the message recipient's computer.
