This report provides a summary of your subscribers, listing their status, name and subscription dates. You can view all subscribers, and select individuals to view details, as outlined in the procedure below.

To view the report:
Open
the Newsletter Subscriber Report.

From the Newsletter Status Report page, click Newsletter Subscriber Report.
You can optionally filter the list by doing one of the following:
Select a status from the drop-down list. For explanation, see Newsletter Subscriber Statuses.
Enter a specific first and/or last name.
Select 'Subscribed On' or 'Last Viewed Newsletter' from the drop-down, and select the date range you want.
Click Reload Report. The list of matching subscribers displays, with the most recent additions first.
To add one or more subscribers, see Add Subscribers and Import Subscribers.
Each column in the report can be sorted in ascending order. You can toggle between ascending and descending.
To delete a subscriber:
Click
beside the subscriber, then click Yes
to confirm.
To stop a subscription:
From the Status drop-down list, select All and then click Reload Report.
To stop a subscription,
click beside the contact
whose subscription you wish to stop. Click Yes
to confirm.
Status is now set to Agent
Stopped, and the icon is .
To start or restart
a subscription, click beside the contact whose
subscription you wish to start.
Status is now set to Active,
and the icon is .
