If you purchased one or more assistant licenses with your Top Producer 8i subscription, or if assistant licenses were assigned to you by the Responsible Agent, you can define their basic information and licensing from within the Setup Wizard.
Note: By default, assistants created from the Setup Wizard won't have deletion or export privileges . Export/deletion rights can be granted after the initial setup. Refer to the "Managing Assistants" topic for more information.
To add an assistant to your account:
From the Assistant Information step of the Setup Wizard, select the Add Assistant action link.
In the Name Details and Login Information section, enter the assistant's name details, any designations they have acquired, and the username and password they will use to log onto Top Producer 8i.
In the Contact Info section, enter the assistant's contact information. When entering phone numbers, hyphens are automatically inserted for you.
In the Assign Licenses and Feature Access section, specify the licences and features to which they should have access. The licensing must be in place before it will appear as an option in this screen.
Click the Save Assistant Info button.
Your assistants will be able to edit their contact information via the My Info screen of the My Account area.
