Setting up Top Producer LivePost

Before you can print and send marketing items using Top Producer LivePost, you must first create your LivePost account, and then download and install the LivePost print driver. These instructions assume you have added LivePost to your 8i subscription. To order Top Producer LivePost, please contact our Sales Department at 1-800-241-5309, or by email at [email protected].

Important: After setting up Top Producer LivePost, you need to ensure you have entered your disclaimer information in your Marketing settings, as this information will be merged during printing. For more information on setting your disclaimer, see "Setting your Disclaimer, Publishing Messages and Marketing Signature".

To set up Top Producer LivePost:

  1. In the confirmation email you received, click the link to display the Top Producer LivePost page.

  2. Click the Click here link to display the LivePost Wizard. Then click Signup along the top bar.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to set up your LivePost account, and then click Finish on the last step of the wizard.

  4. Click the Download LivePost Print Driver at the top of the screen.

  5. Click Download LivePost Print Driver powered by PostNexus.

  6. Click Run and follow the on-screen steps to install the print driver.

Once finished, your email address will appear as validated in the bottom left of the Post Nexus screen.
