Printing Out a Plan

You can print any action, listing or closing plan in your Top Producer 8i Plans Manager. This allows you to take it with you whether to a meeting or client follow-up.

Note: Service Report Plans cannot be printed out.

To print out a plan from the Plans Manager screen:

1. Open the Plans Manager screen. How?

   • From the Main Menu bar, go to Calendar > Plans Manager.

2. Click the tab that contains the plan you want to print.

3. Click the Print Plan icon in the plans' row.

   The plan report is generated and opened in a new browser window or tab.

4. Once the report is generated you can:

   • Download the report to a CSV(a simple file readable by virtually any database or spreadsheet program) or XLS(a Microsoft Excel file) format. More Info:

     1. From the drop-down list box at the top of the screen, select the file format in which you want to download the report, and then click Download Report.

     2. Click Open to view the report in the selected file format, or click Save to save the report in the selected file format.

   • Print the report by clicking the Print   icon.

   • Save a copy of the report in PDF format to your hard drive or another location by clicking the Save   icon.

To print out a plan from the View Plan screen:

1. Open the View Plan screen. How?

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Calendar > Plans Manager.

   2. Click the tab that contains the plan you want to print, and then click the plan name.

2. Click the Print Plan action link.

   The plan report is generated and opened in a new browser window or tab.

3. Once the report is generated you can:
