You can generate a report that shows all the contacts that have a particular plan applied. For information on the details included in this report, see the "Plan Reports" topic.
Note: This report is only available for Action plans.
To generate an Applied Contacts report:
Open the Plans Manager screen.
How?
Click the tab that contains the plan you want to view, and then click the plan name.
Click the Applied Contacts tab.
Click the Applied Contacts Report link.
The plan report is generated and opened in a new browser window or tab.
Once the report is generated you can:
Download the report to a CSV (a simple file readable by virtually any database or spreadsheet program) or XLS (a Microsoft Excel file) format.
More Info:
Print the report by clicking the Print icon.
Save a copy of the report in PDF format to your hard drive or another location by clicking the Save icon.
