Viewing Transaction Status and Details

After transferring your closing record to a paperless transaction management system, you can track the progress of the transaction from within Top Producer 8i.

To view the detail of an in-progress transaction:

1. Open the Closings Summary screen. How?

   • From the Main Menu bar, go to Listings > Closings Summary.

2. Click the View Transactions action link at the bottom of the screen.

   The Transactions screen appears.

3. Define some search criteria to narrow down the number of transactions displayed, or click Get Transactions to display all of your current transactions.

   Your current transactions appear in the Transactions table.

4. Click on the address of the property you want to view.

   The transaction's details appear.
