Defining a Transaction Management Data Service

Top Producer 8i supports an increasing number of paperless transaction management firms. In order to electronically transfer your closing files over to a transaction management system, you will first need to subscribe to both systems and then set up the data service in 8i.

To define a transaction management data service:

1. Open the 3rd Party Setup subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the General tab.

   3. Click the 3rd Party Setup subtab.

2. In the 3rd Party Data Services Setup section, click the Add Data Service action link.

3. Select the transaction management service from the drop-down list. If the service is not listed, it is not yet supported by Top Producer 8i.

4. Enter your User ID and/or Password.

5. Click the Add Data Service button.
