Defining Envelope and Label Settings

The Envelope & Label Settings tab allows you to define printer settings for envelopes and labels, as well as choose a default template, which specifies the size, style and appearance, for envelopes and labels. The default template you choose will be used each time you print these items.

To define your default envelope settings:

1. Open the Envelope & Label Settings subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings.

   2. Click the Marketing tab.

   3. Click the Envelope & Label Settings subtab.

2. Click the Edit Envelope & Label Settings button.

3. In the Default Envelope Settings section, select a template from the drop-down list.

   Click the Preview Template link to display a PDF of a sample envelope.

   Tip: Copy a system template and customize it if none of the system templates appeal to you.

4. In the Default Label Settings section, select a template from the drop-down list. As with the envelope settings, you have the option of creating your own template.

5. Click the Save Envelope & Label Settings button.
