Defining Days on Market (DOM) Settings

The DOM(Days on Market - the number of days the property has been up for sale) setting allows you to specify how you want the DOM calculated when importing comparables from your MLS into your presentations.

To define DOM settings:

1. Open the DOM Settings sub-tab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the Marketing tab.

   3. Click the DOM Settings sub-tab.

2. Click the Edit DOM Settings action link.

3. Specify how you want the DOM calculated:

   • Select the check box if you want to use the DOM value from the MLS. If this option is selected, 8i will not calculate the DOM value.

   • Clear the check box if you want 8i to automatically calculate the DOM value based on the listing date and sold date.

4. Click Save DOM Settings.
