Viewing Plan Details

The View Plan screen is the top-level screen for accessing all information about a single plan.

Viewing a plan's details:

1. Open the View Plan screen. How?

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Calendar > Plans Manager.

   2. Click the tab that contains the plan you want to view, and then click the plan name.

2. The following tabs are available:

   • Plan Info: View the plan name and type and a short description.

   • Plan Activities: View and manage all of the individual activities that make up a single plan.

   • Plan Templates: Available for Action plans only. View and manage all the templates used in the plan.

   • Applied Contacts: Available for Action plans only. View all the contacts that have a particular Action plan applied.
