Note: You can assign a favorite status to Action, Listing and Closing Plans. Service Report Plans cannot be marked as favorites.
To mark a plan as a favorite:
Open the Plans
Manager screen. How?
Click the tab that contains the plan you want to mark as a favorite.
Click the Favorite icon
to the left of the plan name.
The star changes from blue to yellow. The plan is now marked as a favorite.
View your list of favorites:
Tip: You can set the Favorites
tab to open each time the Plans Manager is accessed by defining
tab settings.
