Editing Individual Flyer Template Pages

The default system templates that come with every Top Producer 8i account cannot be deleted or modified in any way. You can, however, make personal copies of any template, and modify them using the built in Top Producer Editor.

To edit individual pages within a template:

1. Open the View Flyer (for existing flyers) or Edit Personal Copy (for flyer templates) screen. How?

   • View Flyer Screen: From the Main Menu bar, go to Marketing > Flyers. Click the flyer you want to edit.

   • Edit Personal Copy Screen:

   • 1. From the Main Menu bar, click the Marketing icon.

     2. Click the Flyer Library link in the My Flyers portlet.

     3. Select a personal category from the Show Category drop-down list.

     4. Hover your mouse over the template, and then click the Edit Flyer link.

2. If working with:

   • A template proceed to step 3.

   • An existing flyer click Edit Page.

3. You can do the following:

   • Edit the aspects within the flyer using the toolbar functions.

   • Click the Insert Merge Code link to display the Insert Merge Code in-line and merge a piece of contact or agent information into the page.

   • (For Flyer Templates only) You can add an extra page by clicking the Append Page link. Once clicked, you can then scroll down to view and edit the second page of the flyer (usually the back page of the flyer).

   • (For Flyer Templates only) Add marketing links by clicking Insert Marketing Links.

   • (For Flyer Templates only) Replace the displayed template's content with content from another template by clicking Use Template. Select the Category and Template, and then click Apply.

   Warning: Only select the Use Template option if you want to remove the current content and use another template as a starting point.

4. When finished, if working with:

   • A template click Save & Close.

   • An existing flyer click Save Page.
