Deleting Marketing Links

The Marketing Links summary screen allows you to sort, preview, and delete any marketing links that were created automatically by Top Producer 8i or that you created manually.

Note: When you delete a marketing link, the item is still available online and can be viewed from the Published Materials screen.

To view and delete marketing links for published presentations and flyers:

1. Open the Marketing Links summary screen. How?

   • From the Main Menu bar, go to Marketing > Marketing Link Library.

2. Use the Show drop-down list to view all of the marketing links for one category.

3. To sort the table, click on any column header to sort the table according to its contents. Click the header again to flip between ascending and descending order.

4. To preview a marketing link’s published item prior to deleting it, click the Live Preview Marketing Link action icon.

5. Click the Delete action icon to remove the marketing link.
