Click the Empty link next to the Trash folder.
When the Empty Trash dialog box appears, click Yes.
Every message that was in the Trash folder is permanently deleted.
When you delete a message, the message is moved to the Trash folder. When you click the Empty link, all emails in the Trash folder will be permanently deleted.
Warning: Messages in the Trash folder will be deleted automatically after 15 days. Check the Trash folder regularly to ensure important messages will not be deleted.
Your Top Producer 8i Inbox is only active if your Email settings are set to use either your @topproducer.com account or another external email account. If you have not done so then the Inbox email application is not relevant to you.
