Deleting a message moves it to your Trash folder unless the message you are deleting is already located in your Trash folder. If this is the case, the message is permanently deleted.
Warning: Messages in the Trash folder will be deleted automatically after 15 days. Check the Trash folder regularly to ensure important messages will not be deleted.
Your Top Producer 8i Inbox is only active if your Email settings are set to use either your @topproducer.com account or another external email account. If you have not done so, then the Inbox email application is not relevant to you.
To delete one or more email messages:
Select the folder that contains the email you want to delete.
Use the check boxes to select the messages you want to delete, or select all messages by selecting the check box in the column header.
Click the Delete action link.
The message(s) are moved to the Trash folder.
